本利用規約は、「オカベ マサノリ 古代ビーズアクセサリー&アートコレクション」（以下「当方」）が運営するウェブサイトにおける商品の購入その他のサービス利用について定めるものです。
- 商品について
当サイトでは、古代ビーズ、古美術品、美術作品およびこれらを使用したアクセサリー等を取り扱います。
古美術品・古代美術品には、経年による摩耗、変色、風化、欠け、傷、修復跡等が見られる場合があります。商品の状態については、掲載写真および商品説明をご確認ください。
一点物の商品については、原則として現品を販売します。 - 購入のお申し込み
商品ページの「購入希望」よりお申し込みください。
お申し込み後、在庫状況、配送先、配送方法および送料等を確認し、お支払い総額をご案内します。
当方からのご案内をもって、購入手続きを進めていただきます。 - 販売価格
商品の販売価格は、各商品ページに表示します。
送料その他必要となる費用については、「特定商取引法に基づく表記」に記載します。 - お支払い方法
以下のお支払い方法をご利用いただけます。
・クレジットカード決済（Square）
・銀行振込
銀行振込にかかる振込手数料は、購入者のご負担となります。 - 商品の発送
ご入金確認後、原則として7日以内に発送します。
国内発送の送料・配送方法および海外発送については、「特定商取引法に基づく表記」に定める条件によります。 - 返品・交換
国内販売
商品の性質上、お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。
商品違い、配送中の破損等があった場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。状況を確認のうえ対応します。
返品が必要となる場合の送料は、購入者のご負担となります。
海外販売
海外へ発送した商品については、返品・交換はお受けしておりません。 - キャンセル
お支払い完了後のお客様都合によるキャンセルは、原則としてお受けしておりません。
在庫状況その他やむを得ない事情により商品をご用意できない場合は、当方からご連絡し、既にお支払いいただいた代金がある場合は返金します。 - 商品情報について
商品の年代、地域、材質、技法その他の情報については、資料、来歴、専門的知見等に基づき可能な限り正確な記載に努めます。
古美術品の性質上、制作年代、産地、材質その他について、研究の進展等により見解が異なる場合があります。 - 海外への販売
海外への発送は、配送先の国・地域および商品の内容等を確認したうえで個別に対応します。
輸入規制、関税、輸入税、通関手数料その他、配送先の国・地域で発生する費用は購入者のご負担となります。
法令、輸出入規制または配送上の理由により、販売・発送をお断りする場合があります。 - 個人情報
個人情報の取扱いについては、当サイトの「プライバシーポリシー」に従います。 - 規約の変更

Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern purchases and other services on the website operated by Masanori Okabe Ancient Beads Accessories & Art Collection (hereinafter “we” or “us”).
- Products
We offer ancient beads, antiques, artworks and accessories made using these items.
Antiques and ancient artworks may show wear, discoloration, weathering, chips, scratches or traces of restoration due to age. Please review the product photographs and descriptions for details of their condition.
For one-of-a-kind items, the actual item shown is generally the item offered for sale. - Purchase requests
Please submit your request using the “購入希望” (Purchase Request) button on the product page.
After receiving your request, we check availability, the delivery address, shipping method and shipping charges, and inform you of the total amount payable.
Please proceed with your purchase in accordance with our instructions. - Prices
Product prices are displayed on each product page.
Shipping charges and other required costs are described in the “Disclosures under Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.” - Payment methods
We accept:
• Credit card payments through Square
• Bank transfers
The purchaser is responsible for bank transfer fees. - Shipping
As a general rule, we dispatch products within seven days after confirming receipt of payment.
Domestic shipping charges and methods, and international shipping, are subject to the conditions in the “Disclosures under Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.” - Returns and exchanges
Domestic sales:
Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer.
If you receive an incorrect item or an item damaged in transit, please contact us within seven days of delivery. We will review the circumstances and respond accordingly.
If a return is necessary, the purchaser is responsible for the return shipping costs.
International sales:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products shipped overseas. - Cancellations
As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations for reasons attributable to the customer after payment has been completed.
If we are unable to supply a product due to availability or other unavoidable circumstances, we will contact you and refund any payment already received. - Product information
We endeavor to describe dates, regions, materials, techniques and other product information as accurately as possible, based on references, provenance and specialist knowledge.
Due to the nature of antiques, views on dates of manufacture, places of origin, materials and other details may differ as research progresses. - International sales
International shipping is arranged individually after checking the destination country or region and the products concerned.
The purchaser is responsible for costs associated with import restrictions, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees and any other costs incurred in the destination country or region.
We may decline a sale or shipment due to laws, import or export restrictions, or shipping limitations. - Personal information
Personal information is handled in accordance with this website’s Privacy Policy. - Changes to these terms
