Charges other than the product price
Domestic shipping within Japan:
• Orders totaling JPY 50,000 or more
Domestic shipping is generally free. However, for remote islands, certain other areas, or items requiring special packing or shipping, we will inform you of the shipping charges in advance.
• Orders totaling less than JPY 50,000
Items that can be shipped by Letter Pack Plus are charged a flat rate of JPY 600 throughout Japan.
Items that do not fit in Letter Pack Plus are shipped by Yu-Pack. Shipments originate in Fukuoka Prefecture, and Japan Post’s Yu-Pack rates apply according to the packed size and destination.

As a general rule, we use a shipping method appropriate to the product’s value, such as Yu-Pack’s Security Service. We will inform you of the shipping method and charges before you proceed with your purchase.
International shipping:
Charges vary by destination country or region, the product’s size, weight and price, packing method and other factors. After receiving your purchase request, we check whether shipping is possible and inform you of the shipping method and charges.
The purchaser is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees and other costs incurred in the destination country.

Payment timing
After receiving your purchase request, we check availability, the shipping method and shipping charges, and inform you of the total amount payable.

Delivery timing
As a general rule, we dispatch products within seven days after confirming receipt of payment.
We will inform you individually if additional time is needed, for example for special packing or international shipping.
Returns and exchanges
Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer.
If you receive an incorrect item or an item damaged in transit, please contact us within seven days of delivery. We will review the circumstances and respond accordingly.
For products shipped overseas, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer.
Antiques and ancient artworks may show wear, discoloration, weathering, scratches, chips or traces of restoration due to age. Please acknowledge in advance that conditions described or shown in the product photographs and descriptions are characteristics of the products.
